The exact delivery time for individual products is shown on the respective product detail page. Please note that the logistical processing in the case of the payment method advance payment can only be initiated after receipt of payment.
The delivery time stated on the product page applies to freight shipments within Germany.
In the case of delivery by forwarding agent
In the case of a forwarding delivery , the supplier will contact you by phone in order to arrange an exact delivery date.
When delivering by parcel service
We will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking option, which provides our partner "DHL" for you. If the delivery person does not meet you, a postcard will be left with which you can pick up the goods or ask for another delivery attempt on a specific date.
Our offer is currently only for customers in Germany.
Unfortunately we can not offer delivery to packing stations due to the size of our packages. Thank you for your understanding.
If an article can not be sent as a package due to its volume, weight or nature, it will be delivered with our Dachser shipping company. The forwarding agent will contact you in advance by phone to coordinate with you the optimal delivery date.
We offer you the following options:
Delivery by freight carrier: Your order will be delivered to the curb.
For an extra charge of only 20 €: shipping option "Premium"
Your order will be delivered to a free point of use. This means that the packaged piece of furniture will be delivered to your desired location in your home.
If it is a parcel delivery, the shipping costs are 5.95 €.
If the products are bulky goods, the shipping costs are 9.95 €.
If the products are shipped by freight forwarding, the shipping costs are 39.95 €.
If it is a premium shipping, the shipping costs are 59.95 €

If the ordered products have different shipping methods, only the most expensive shipping method will be charged once. For example, if you have a bulky goods item and a shipping item in your order, then the shipping would only be a total of 39.95 €.
As soon as your order has been handed over by us to the delivery person, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. If it is a trackable shipment, it will contain a tracking link. Follow the link to see the current delivery status of your order.

First, you can view our entire range without obligation with all the details. If you have chosen a product, you only need an e-mail address and a password of your choice. We also need your billing and delivery address and, if necessary, your telephone number, so that we can quickly reach you for the coordination of the delivery date and for other queries.
Click on "Sign In" in the bar at the top right margin. On the following page you will get to the registration page. Please complete all fields marked with * correctly. For the "Password" field, please think of a secret password. For a secure password, we recommend a length of at least 6 characters, the use of special characters, numbers and large and small letters. Please remember your password and your given e-mail address, as you will need this information for future logins.
Confirm your entry by clicking the "Save" button. You will then be redirected to your user account. Here you can check, change or complete your information at any time.
If you want to delete your customer account at KARE.de, please contact us. Please also tell us the reason for the termination, so that we can improve our service.

If you choose to pay in advance, please transfer the amount resulting from your current order to our bank account. Please note that we will only ship your order after receipt of the amount

Please take into account that the amount will be deducted immediately from your account, but will be received in our account within 1-7 working days. Once your payment has been received, your order will be shipped to you within the specified delivery time.
With us you can also comfortably and safely pay by credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. KARE.de meets high safety regulations and makes your shopping experience safe and reliable.
If you have selected the payment method Paypal, you will be redirected directly to Paypal after completing the order. You can pay below on the provider's website.
If you have selected the payment method Sofortüberweisung, you will be forwarded directly to sofortüberweisung.de after completion of the order. SOFORT Überweisung is the direct transfer procedure of the SOFORT AG. With SOFORT Transfer, you can conveniently insert a transfer of the relevant amount into your online banking account during your order. After finishing the money transfer, the dealer receives a real-time confirmation.
SOFORT Überweisung meets the high security standards of online banking and has TÜV-certified data protection. You do not need to register or need a credit card. You pay easily, securely and quickly directly with your online bank account.
The purchase price is payable on purchase on account with expiry of the payment date of 20 days after the expiry of the maximum delivery time specified in the offer. If you purchase several products, the delivery time for the total payment is the longest given delivery time. The purchase on account is handled by our external payment service provider Klarna.
The offer of the option to pay via Klarna does not exist for all offers and requires, among other things, a successful identity and credit check. It may be that Klarna does not allow payment by invoice in some cases. We have no control over this and ask you to choose a different payment method should this happen. In this case, we recommend payment in advance
For each delivery of KARE.de you always receive a delivery note / invoice, unless the entire amount has been paid with a gift certificate. In this invoice the VAT is shown separately. If you require an additional invoice copy, you can request it from our customer service for free
In the menu item "Administration" in your KARE.de customer account you have the possibility to change your name as well as your E-Mail address and your password.
To change or store the data you want, click in the field you want to customize. Then deposit your data. Finally, click on the "Save" button to confirm your changes.
If you have forgotten your password, you will find the function "Forgotten your password?" In the login area of your customer account below the input field. There you can enter your e-mail address and, by clicking the "Submit" button, you can generate and send a new password.
Under the menu item "Administration" in your KARE.de customer account you can deposit your billing and shipping address for future orders.
Confirm the data you have saved by clicking on "Save address".
In the menu item "My orders" you get an overview of your last orders. By clicking on "View order" you will receive a detailed presentation of the individual orders. Here you can print again the order information as well as the corresponding invoice.

If you want to return an article, please follow the procedure below. Note: The procedure described below is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal. To ensure that your return can be processed as quickly as possible, please note the following:

You will receive from the customer service all the information you need for the return, such as the return label with the address of our goods return. To call up the label, you will receive a link from customer service with which you can call up the returns page.
You can then call up your personal returns form on our returns website.
Simply follow the process on the returns website and print out your return kit directly. Please use this return label for return. Now put the article in the original packaging in which we sent you the goods. In the next step you put the original packed article in a shipping box.
Please make sure that the label with which we sent you your order is no longer visible. Remove it completely before shipping or cover it with the return label.
Please excuse us if we have sent you a damaged, defective or simply the wrong item.

Once the return has been received and checked, we will refund the amount. Depending on the method of payment you will receive:
The refund will be made within a few days after receipt of the return on the way you have chosen.

The costs for the return shipping we take over.
Regrettably, it is currently not possible to exchange two different articles for system technical reasons. If you insist on an exchange, you can send the item back and order your desired item in our shop.
We at KARE UAE try to make your shopping and post shopping experience easy. You have the full right to cancel your purchase within 24 hours from order placement. During this period cancelled order can be refunded as store credit or by refunding the paid amount to your credit card or the original payment method within a certain number of days.
Orders may be returned or exchanged (not applicable on furniture’s) within 3 days from delivery (in its original packing along with the original invoice). Returns will be refunded in the form of credit note valid for 6 months available to shop on the KARE UAE e-shop. Please contact our Customer Service for further details
We do not accept refund or exchange for the below categories
- Furniture.
- Special order items.
- Products damaged through normal wear and tear.
- Products without an original purchase receipt.
- Clearance items
- Delivery and Cash on delivery charges are unfortunately non-refundable
Yes you can now drop off your KARE products (except furniture) to our retail stores. However a prior appointment needs to be placed with our Customer care to schedule the same.
Please excuse us if we have sent you a damaged, defective or simply the wrong item. Please contact our customer service and we will be happy to assist you..
All furniture items (excluding accessories and soft furnishing) carry a 1 year manufacturing warranty which protects against manufacturing defect and does not cover damages caused by misuse, mishandling or general wear and tear.
We try to make the delivery process convenient, easy and flexible. Delivery for all KARE products within Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah, is expected to be within 3-5 business days.

Unfortunately, at the moment we only deliver to addresses within the UAE (except the restricted regions mentioned earlier)
An email will be sent with your shipment details. For further information please contact our customer care along with the purchase order number.
Due to our strict policy, we cannot facilitate this request. In case you want to change the address please log into your account and change the same before you place your next order with us.
Your representatives can receive order with their valid ID proof, if no one is available to receive your order, your items will be returned back to us and there will be a charge incurred for delivery and storage.
Click & Collect is a free service which allows you to shop and pay on our site, select a participating showroom in the UAE and collect your product at your convenience.

Click & Collect is free service. Your order can be collected within 2-5 business days onwards. We’ll send you an email when it is ready for collection.
Unfortunately the pickup location selected cannot be changed post placing an order. However due to any circumstance, If you’re unable to pick up your order at the showroom you have selected, you can contact our customer service and they will be glad to help you.

Unfortunately, we only delivery and assemble furniture. We do not wall mount any products and lighting (no electrical work will be carried out).
Your data is important to us at KARE. Therefore, we strictly adhere to the relevant applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and data security. Below, we will tell you what information we may collect, how we use it and to whom we may provide it.
- Ordering: We collect, store and process your data for the order processing of your purchase and any subsequent warranty processing and our services. As part of the order processing, the service providers (transporters, logisticians, banks) we use here receive the necessary data. For product and service orders, we need your correct address data. A telephone number is only for queries. We need your e-mail address so that we can confirm the order and communicate with you. We also use it to notify registered customers of their personal username and / or password upon request. Furthermore, you will receive your order confirmation via this address.
- Customer Login: Your specific order data will be stored by us but cannot be accessed directly from us for security reasons. However, we set up a password-protected direct access for each customer who registers accordingly. Here you can view data about your completed, open and recently sent orders and manage your personal information. The customer undertakes to treat the personal access data confidentially and not to make it accessible to unauthorized third parties. We cannot accept liability for misused passwords unless we are responsible for the abuse.
- Advertising purposes: When you sign up for our newsletter, your e-mail address will be used for your own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. De-registration is possible at any time. Please send us a message via email to customerservice@kareuae.ae or unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
